Just when I give up on the mo-/faux-hawk look, Jaden decides it's the new hotness. Granted, he's been asking for one off an on for the past few months. Today I decided that since school was out we'd give it a shot. He's in a little bit of shock, but I think he's liking it good. If not, in a few weeks we can clean it up to a crew-cut and let it grow back in even. (And I don't know why Vox is rotating the picture. My local copy has already been rotated, but whenever I upload it comes up sideways... *grumble grumble*)

Sherri and I had a nice trip to Memphis this weekend for a wedding. The wedding was fine, but we had more fun just hanging out alone. Sex, drugs, and junk food! Woohoo!

We did return to a bit of drama. If you've been reading my Tweets you'll know that while we were gone Daisy, our 10-year-old blind dog, got out of the back yard and disappeared. Well, today we went by the Rutherford County PAWS and she had been picked up! A happy homecoming was had by all.
